You are an RMO covering the surgical ward overnight. Helen Whitcombe, aged 68, is awaiting your review after nursing staff reported that she has become unwell. Take a focused history. You will then be asked to present your focused examination, interpret the immediate investigation results provided, and outline your initial management and escalation.
